Six Lanes of the M4 remains closed following a fatal crash involving a lorry this afternoon.
The Driver was killed as his lorry smashed through central reservation
The 49-year-old lorry driver from Essex died after his vehicle overturned on the M4 near Reading in the early hours of this morning.
Police have closed the motorway eastbound between junction 13 and 11 and two lanes have been shut on the westbound side of the carriageway.
The eastbound closures have caused 15 miles of tailbacks.
The lorry, which crashed at just before 5am this morning, appears to have hit the central reservation and overturned. An investigation has been launched.
Police do not expect the road to reopen for an other six hours. The Eastbound Carriage remains closed with reports of 20 miles of tailbacks.
