Chaos at Slapton Sands: Boat Drops Off Dozen Migrants Before Vanishing
Early on Wednesday morning, chaos unfolded at Slapton Sands Beach, Dartmouth. At around 7:10 a.m., police were alerted to a boat landing, unloading roughly 12 people.
Witnesses say the group was quickly hustled into two waiting vehicles, which then sped off without a trace.

A force spokesperson revealed: “A large policing response was sent following the reports, but no arrests have been made yet. Those who landed—believed to be migrants—have not been located.”
“The group was picked up immediately by two vehicles nearby: a silver people carrier with blacked-out windows and a black people carrier,” they added.
