A 21-year-old man from Ealing has been found guilty of murdering a university student in a savage attack at Strawberry Hill station, Twickenham.
Dino Donaldson’s Deadly Drug Deal Fallout
Dino Donaldson chased fellow 21-year-old Anojan Gnaneswaran, an accounting student, onto the railway tracks after a bitter fight between two groups over a £50 MDMA tablet deal. Donaldson stabbed Anojan multiple times—in the chest, abdomen, and thigh—on 8 January 2024. The victim died instantly at the scene.
Chilling Confession Caught on Camera
Less than an hour after the stabbing, Donaldson was caught on a doorbell camera boasting:
“I stabbed him through the back bro, I stabbed him fully. I watched it and I felt it go in him.”
Arrest and Conviction
Donaldson was arrested two days later, found hiding in a cupboard at his home. Police discovered a stash of crack cocaine and heroin during the raid. On 14 April 2026, he was convicted of murder at the Old Bailey and is now remanded in custody awaiting sentencing.
