Three Men Busted in Wiltshire Drug Sweep

Three men were arrested after police swooped on a suspicious vehicle in Devizes on Sunday afternoon. It all kicked off shortly after 1pm on November 3 when officers spotted a car driving erratically on Nursteed Road.

Strong Smell of Cannabis Sparks Search

The driver was stopped on New Park Street. Officers immediately noticed a strong whiff of cannabis. A quick search uncovered a stash of cash, cannabis, and a class-A drug inside the vehicle.

Raids at Homes Yield More Drugs

Police didn’t stop there. They raided the suspects’ homes and found drug paraphernalia plus bags of both class-B and class-A substances.

Three Arrested, Now Out on Bail

  • Two men in their 20s are facing charges for possession with intent to supply class-B drugs.
  • An 18-year-old man was arrested for the same offence plus drug driving.

All three have been released on bail pending further investigation.
