Man Charged Over Fatal Bradford Crash

A 28-year-old man has been charged following a deadly collision in Bradford last Saturday night.

Robert Nagoda Faces Serious Charges

Robert Nagoda, who has no fixed address, is facing a string of charges. These include causing death by dangerous driving, taking a vehicle without consent, driving without a licence, failing to stop at the scene, driving uninsured, and failing to report the accident. He was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Leeds Magistrates Court today, Wednesday 1 October.

Second Man Arrested and Released on Bail

A 20-year-old man from Bradford was also arrested in connection with the crash. After being interviewed, he has been released on bail.

Police Seek Witnesses and Dashcam Footage

The Major Collision Enquiry Team is urgently calling for anyone who witnessed the crash or has dashcam footage to come forward. The tragic incident happened at 11:56pm on Saturday 27 September. Police were called to reports of a man in cardiac arrest. Sadly, the 68-year-old pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene after being hit by a Honda Jazz.
