Manhunt Underway After Tottenham Gunfire Shocker
Detectives from the Metropolitan Police have released a CCTV image of a man wanted in connection with a firearm discharge in Tottenham. The incident happened at 10.35pm on Monday, 29th April, in the carpark area of Altair Close, N17.
Gunshots Heard, Suspect Flees Scene
Residents reported hearing gunshots, sparking a rapid police response. Witnesses say a man inside a vehicle in the carpark fired multiple rounds at an unknown individual before making off.
Thankfully, no injuries have been reported. But police are desperate to identify the suspect and piece together what led to the shooting.
Detectives Urge Public to Help Identify Suspect
Detective Constable Emma Coney is leading the investigation. She said:
“Do you recognise the man in the image? If so, please contact us immediately. We’re also keen to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious in or around Altair Close that night.”
