Paedophile Steve Oxborrow Found Guilty After Seven Years of Abuse

Steve Oxborrow, 33, has been found guilty of abusing three children over a chilling seven-year period. The sickening offences began in January 2005 and continued until June 2012 in the Wootton and New Milton areas.

Multiple Charges from Jury Verdict

Oxborrow, from Wilverley Road, Wootton, was convicted yesterday after a three-week trial. The jury found him guilty of:

  • Five counts of sexual activity with a child under 13
  • Three counts of sexual assault of a child under 13
  • Two counts of making indecent photographs of a child
  • One count of possession of indecent images of a child
  • One count of rape of a child under 13

Sentencing Set for May

Oxborrow was immediately remanded in custody. He is due back in court for sentencing on Thursday, 26 May.
