Man Held Over Fatal Roydon Shooting
A 30-year-old man from Epping was arrested today in connection with the murder of Robert Powell, 50, who was shot multiple times from a car on Water Lane, Roydon, on Saturday 13 June.
Second Arrest Made in Murder Probe
The suspect was detained on Wednesday 15 July on suspicion of assisting an offender and remains in police custody. He is the second person to be arrested related to the investigation.
A 33-year-old London woman was arrested last week, on Wednesday 8 July, on the same suspicion but has since been released under investigation.
