Centrepoint Cuts Ties After Sharon’s Rally Announcement
Sharon Osbourne has been dropped by homelessness charity Centrepoint after she revealed plans to attend Tommy Robinson’s “Unite the Kingdom” rally in London on 16 May 2026. Although neither Sharon nor Tommy live in the UK anymore, both are set to show up at the controversial anti-immigration event. Centrepoint said the rally clashes with their core values of supporting young people regardless of background, ethnicity, or religion. Sharon was recently named an “ambassador” for an Omaze campaign benefiting the charity, but Centrepoint stressed she was never an official, long-term ambassador. The charity confirmed it will no longer partner with her.
Tommy Robinson’s Rally: Anti-Immigration and Anti-Government
The event has shed claims of being just a “free speech” or “pro-patriotism” march. Tommy Robinson openly stated: “I am hosting this march for those who have had enough of migration and mass immigration and the oppression from a tyrannical government.” He also blamed the Labour Party for ‘open borders, police oppression, corruption in the judiciary, and abuse of the British public.’
Hypocrisy and Irony in the Spotlight
Ironically, Tommy Robinson supports American and Israeli military actions in the Middle East — the very conflicts that have fuelled mass migration into Europe. Unsurprisingly, this part of the story is never mentioned at the rallies.
