A local restaurant and wine bar in Elm Grove is the latest casualty in Southsea’s relentless crime spree. Rosie’s Vineyard discovered a break-in just before 10am today, adding to a growing list of businesses targeted by burglars.

Burglars Make Off with Cash and Cause Damage
Sources confirmed the thieves stole the till and £200 float. They also damaged two doors and the premises’ security system, leaving the venue vulnerable.
