Early Morning Blaze Hits Ebbsfleet Walk Flat
Kent Fire and Rescue Service (KFRS) raced to a flat fire in Ebbsfleet Walk, Northfleet, Gravesend just after 4 am on Sunday, 29 September. The alarm sounded at 4:04 am, prompting a swift deployment of three fire engines, the KFRS Volunteer Response Team, and support from South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb).
Firefighters Battle Flames Into Dawn
Fire crews, kitted out in breathing apparatus, tackled the fire with high-pressure hose reel jets. Their determined efforts brought the blaze under control by 6:15 am. The Volunteer Response Team played a crucial role, assisting throughout the incident.
One Treated, No Serious Injuries
SECAmb paramedics treated one person at the scene. Thankfully, the individual escaped serious injury. Authorities believe the fire started accidentally.
