Human Remains Found After Fire Near Leiston Football Club
Police are probing after suspected human remains were discovered following a fire in Leiston.
Fire Erupts at Portable Building
Officers were called to the scene on Victory Road, beside Leiston Football Club, at 3.37pm on Wednesday, 6 February. The blaze reportedly broke out in the early hours of the same day.
Police Maintain Scene as Investigation Continues
The remains of a portable building lie at the centre of the inquiry. A police cordon remains in place while detectives work to piece together what happened.

Police urge anyone who spotted suspicious activity overnight Tuesday into Wednesday, or anyone with any information, to call 101 quoting CAD 246 of 6 2.
