Woman in Her 60s Dies After Falling from Seaford Head Cliffs
Emergency services rushed to Seaford Head yesterday amid serious concerns for a woman’s welfare. The massive response saw HM Coastguard, Newhaven Lifeboat, SECAmb, Sussex Police, a Coastguard helicopter, and the KSS Air Ambulance all spring into action.

A Sussex Police spokesperson said: “Emergency services attended cliffs near Seaford around 12:30 pm on Tuesday (11 June) due to concerns for a woman’s welfare. The woman fell from the cliffs and was sadly confirmed deceased at the scene. Her next of kin have been informed. Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances, but it is not believed to be suspicious at this time.”
