A brutal robber forced his way into a pensioner’s home in Solihull on March 7. The elderly woman had simply opened her door to let her dogs out when the man grabbed her by the neck and shoved her to the floor.

Stole cash and cards before fleeing

The thug snatched her handbag, bank cards, and cash. He then threatened the terrified woman before making a quick getaway.

Perp arrested and back behind bars

Police arrested a 42-year-old man on April 13, charging him with robbery. He was also sent back to prison for breaking parole.
