Teenager Rushed to Hospital After Broad Daylight Knife Attack
A 17-year-old boy has been left with potentially life-changing injuries following a stabbing in Rainham this morning (Monday, May 26).

The incident occurred just after 10am on Lower Mardyke Avenue, close to the Orchard Village estate, and has triggered a major police investigation.
Emergency Response Floods Residential Estate
The Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service (LAS) responded swiftly to reports of an altercation involving a group of youths. Paramedics treated the victim for a stab wound at the scene before transporting him to hospital.
A police spokesperson confirmed:
“A 17-year-old boy suffered a stab wound following a reported altercation in Lower Mardyke Avenue at around 10.09am.
He was treated at the scene by paramedics and later taken to hospital, where he remains.
His injuries are not thought to be life threatening, but may potentially be life changing.”
Crime Scene Remains in Place – No Arrests Yet
As of Monday afternoon, no arrests have been made and a cordon remains in place on Broadis Way at its junction with Lower Mardyke Avenue. More than 10 emergency vehicles were seen along the road around 11am, with video footage circulating online.
