Oti Mabuse Returns with Star-Studded Dance Series
Oti Mabuse is back on our screens in Dancing Legends, meeting some of the biggest names from stage and screen. From Destiny’s Child’s Michelle Williams to ballet star Wayne Sleep, and even Strictly judge and her sister, Motsi Mabuse, Oti chats with them all.
Who Inspired the Stars?
Each guest picks the legendary dancer or choreographer who sparked their passion. The show highlights icons like Bob Fosse, known for his unique jazz style, and Debbie Allen, famed for blending world dance styles.
Oti Mabuse says: “It’s great to come back with a new series of Dancing Legends. I love exploring the history of dance and learning about the visionary figures who have come before me… this series is special as I talk to those who inspired me and celebrate the icons who shaped dance.”
Spotlight on Bob Fosse in Episode One
The opening episode features actress and musical theatre star Ruthie Henshall, who honours Bob Fosse as her dance legend. Fosse, the genius behind Cabaret, Chicago, and Pippin, bagged an Oscar, Tony, and Emmy all in one year.
