Police have charged a man for dissemination of terrorist material – UKNIP

 

Ibrahim Anderson, 43, of Luton, Bedfordshire was today, Thursday 22 October, charged with ten counts of dissemination of terrorist publications contrary to section 2 of Terrorism Act 2006; and breach of Part 4 Notification requirements (namely not providing an email identifier that they were using) contrary to Section 54(1)(b) of the Terrorism Act 2008.

Anderson will appear in custody at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 23 October.

Detectives from the Met’s Counter Terrorism Command, supported by the Eastern Region Specialist Operations Unit, arrested a 43-year-old man on suspicion of the dissemination of terrorist related material and breach of a part 4 notification order on Wednesday 21 October. He was charged as above.
