Police Release CCTV Snap of Woman Over Canterbury Handbag Heist

Cash and Cards Snatched in Marlowe Arcade

Police have issued a CCTV image of a woman who might hold the key to cracking a handbag theft in Canterbury.

The victim, a woman in her 70s, was shopping at Primark in Marlowe Arcade when her red handbag was stolen around midday on Tuesday, 23 June 2020.

The bag contained cash, a bank card, keys, and important bank documents.
