Crossbow Attack Shocks Thatcham – Man in His 20s Seriously Injured

Thames Valley Police are hunting witnesses after a chilling crossbow attack in Thatcham. At around 2.15pm last Friday (12/7), a man in his twenties was shot on Mount Road.

Victim Rushed to Hospital with Life-Threatening Injuries

The victim was rushed to John Radcliffe Hospital with life-threatening wounds. Thankfully, he is now in a stable condition but still recovering from very serious injuries.

Police Urge Anyone Who Saw the Attack to Come Forward

Detective Inspector Dean Brown of Newbury Force CID said: “This happened in broad daylight, so we believe there may be witnesses who didn’t realise the importance of what they saw. Even if you think your information is minor, it could be crucial.”
