A dog walker was left battered with cuts and bruises after asking yob thugs to clear up smashed bottles littering the street. The victim, who wishes to remain anonymous, shared shocking photos of his facial injuries through friends, pleading for justice against the violent attackers.
Brutal Attack on Cowes Seafront
The cowardly assault happened around 11.30pm last Thursday on Bath Road, Cowes, Isle of Wight. The man was out on his usual dog walk when he spotted a gang smashing glass bottles and tossing shards onto the road.
Worried about potential fires and injuries to his dog or others, he politely asked the yob mob to pick up the dangerous debris. But instead of cooperating, one thug punched him in the face, knocking him to the ground.
As he lay there, helpless, another attacker kicked him hard in the side of the face. The gang then laughed it off and fled the scene. Residents have slammed the attack as senseless and vile.
