Burglars Blitz Bidborough: Jewellery Stolen, Homes Damaged
Detectives are hunting suspects after a string of burglaries rocked the quiet Bidborough area last month.
Early Morning Raid Hits Three Homes
In just 45 minutes on the morning of 24 September 2020, thieves struck three houses on Bidborough Ridge and 1 Road. Windows and doors were smashed, with jewellery stolen from one property.
Dash Cams and CCTV Could Crack Case
The Chief Constable’s Crime Squad is appealing for drivers who were near the area between 8am and 10am to check their dash cam footage for anything unusual.
Locals with CCTV and doorbell cameras are also urged to review their recordings to aid the investigation.
Suspicious Men and Black Hatchback Sighted
Police believe two or three men acting suspiciously and a black hatchback spotted nearby could be key to solving the case.
