Police hunt attacker after rape in Southampton’s Hoglands Park

Detectives are on the lookout after a 26-year-old woman was raped last night (Monday 5 March) in Hoglands Park, Southampton. The horrific assault happened between 7pm and 7.30pm near the park’s skate ramp.
Suspect description released
Police want to speak to anyone who can help identify the man, described as:
- Asian or black
- Late 30s
- Skinny build
- Wearing dark grey beanie hat, black coat, and dark jeans
- Spoke with a foreign accent
- About 5’ 8” tall
The park remains cordoned off while police carry out urgent enquiries.
