Fatal Fareham Crash: Police Hunt 4×4 Driver Who Could Crack Case
Police are pleading for help to track down a 4×4 driver who might hold the key to a deadly crash in Fareham last week. Jordan White, 23, from Hartlands Road, tragically died after being hit on Highlands Road in the early hours of August 11.
Tragic Collision on Highlands Road
Officers rushed to the scene just after midnight following reports of a collision involving a Peugeot 206 and a pedestrian. Sadly, Jordan was pronounced dead at the scene.
4×4 Driver May Have Crucial Info
Detectives are eager to speak to the driver of a light-coloured 4×4 spotted nearby just before the fatal smash.
Detective Sergeant Ashley Hannibal said: “Was this you? If so, we would really like to speak to you as you may have information which could help our investigation.”
Two Arrested, Now Released But Investigation Continues
- A 23-year-old from Fareham and a 25-year-old from portsmouth/" title="Portsmouth" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Portsmouth were arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
- Both have been released but remain under investigation.
