The disturbing encounter happened around 12:25pm on Monday, August 1, at the recreation ground on 1 Road, Emsworth. The man approached the girl before exposing himself, then fled the scene.
Suspect Description
- Tanned male
- Late 30s to early 40s
- Short black receding hair
- Medium build
- Clean-shaven
- Approximately 5ft 7ins tall
- Wearing black shirt, black smart trousers, and brown belt
