Beware! Sneaky Scam Uses Fake ‘Parcel Delivery Service’ Cards to Rip You Off

A dodgy scam is sweeping UK homes with fake cards from a supposed company called PDS – short for “Parcel Delivery Service.” The card claims a parcel couldn’t be delivered and orders you to ring 0906 661191, a costly premium-rate number.

Don’t fall for it! This mail scam links back to Belize and aims to drain your money.

What To Do If You Spot One of These Cards

  • Ignore the number. Don’t call or share your details.
  • Report it fast. Contact the Royal Mail Fraud team at 020 7239 6655.
  • Alert Action Fraud. Use their online tool or ring 0300 123 2040.

Official Warnings Sound The Alarm

Both Royal Mail and The Trading Standards Office have slammed this scam. They warn the public to stay sharp and never trust parcel delivery messages that ask you to call expensive premium-rate numbers.

Remember: genuine parcels NEVER want you to dial rip-off lines. Keep your wits about you and dodge these fraudsters!
