Drugs Blitz in Folkestone: Three Arrested in County Lines Crackdown
Police swooped on a Folkestone property on Tuesday morning, seizing suspected Class A drugs and making three arrests tied to county lines drug dealing.
Massive Haul of Suspected Class A Drugs Seized
Officers from the Folkestone Community Policing Team executed a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act at a Marine Parade address. They uncovered between 50 to 100 wraps of what’s believed to be Class A substances. Alongside the drugs, mobile phones and cash thought to be linked to drug dealing were also confiscated.
Three Men Held in Growing County Lines Crackdown
- A 27-year-old and a 43-year-old man were both arrested on suspicion of possessing Class A drugs with intent to supply.
- A 49-year-old Folkestone man was also arrested for allegedly permitting his property to be used for drug supply.
All three suspects remain in custody as investigations continue.
“Kent Police has resources covering the entirety of the county to disrupt and dismantle criminal activity linked to county lines, drugs and the exploitation of vulnerable people,” said Sergeant Greg Pochin of Folkestone CPT.
