Fatal Crash on A33 Near Micheldever Woods – Police Hunt Witnesses
Tragedy struck this morning on the A33 southbound near Micheldever Woods. Just after 8am, a collision involving three vehicles left a 63-year-old woman dead at the scene.
Vehicles Involved and Victim Details
The crash involved a blue Toyota Yaris, a Ford Transit van, and a silver Peugeot Expert. The driver of the Toyota, from Basingstoke, was pronounced dead instantly. Thankfully, no one else was injured in the pile-up.
Police Urge Witnesses to Speak Up
PC Paul Farquharson from Whitchurch Roads Policing Unit said: “We want anyone who was travelling on this road or nearby this morning to get in touch. Did you see the crash or any of the vehicles involved? Dash cam footage could be crucial.”
