Two homeless people have set up home outside the front doors of Reading Brough Council offices in the hope they will be offered a roof over their heads. The tent appeared on Monday two weeks ago at the office’s to highlight their plight after the local authority stopped paying for there emergency accommodation. The pair who are in there 30’s who come from Reading asked not to pictured. We will continue to sleep outside of the council offices until the issue was resolved. “They don’t seem to have any interest. At the minute the answer is just ‘go away’. We are willing to take anything at this stage, just a roof over our head the pair have said.
