Rochester, Medway: A significant house fire broke out in Knights Road, Hoo, Rochester, on the evening of Saturday, 18 November 2023. The Kent Fire and Rescue Service (KFRS) responded promptly to the emergency, deploying three fire engines to the scene.

Firefighting Efforts: Upon arrival at the incident, which was reported at around 10.19pm the fire crews, equipped with personal protective equipment and breathing apparatus, tackled the fire located in the roof of the house. They successfully used a high-pressure hose reel jet to extinguish the blaze, preventing further spread and damage.
