Officers from Thames Valley Police are still on the scene of a serious road traffic collision that happened on the A40 near to Oxford which has tragically resulted in the deaths of three children and one adult from the same family, who are from Chinnor, Oxfordshire.

A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police confirmed that the Emergency services were called at 9.50 pm last night (12/10) to reports of a two-vehicle collision involving a silver Subaru people carrier and a white heavy goods’ vehicle.
