Blonde Flasher Terrorises Headington in Broad Daylight
Thames Valley Police are on the hunt for a slim, blonde flasher who shocked residents in Headington last Friday afternoon.
Voyeur Strikes Between 2:30pm and 3:30pm in Cox’s Alley
On August 29, 2025, the lewd suspect exposed himself in broad daylight. After his vile display, he casually strolled away down Gladstone Road as if nothing had happened.
Police Describe Suspect
- White male, around 5ft 10ins to 5ft 11ins tall
- Slim build with a narrow face and pointed chin
- Blonde hair
- Wearing a royal blue tracksuit
Officer Pleads for Public’s Help
“We urge anyone who recognises the man in the e-fit to come forward,” said PC Edward O’Reilly. “If you witnessed the incident or have any information, please call 101 quoting reference 43250442508 or report anonymously online.”
