A stunning Ferrari was gutted in a fiery blaze yesterday on the A52 westbound, proving even luxury cars aren’t safe from disaster.
Heroic Firefighters Battle Blaze
Fire crews from Stapleford and Long Eaton rushed to the scene. Wearing breathing apparatus, they used two firefighting jets and specialist tools to bring the inferno under control.
Thankfully, no one was hurt in the dramatic incident.
Road Closures and Safety Warnings
A spokesperson from Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue said: “Thanks for understanding while the On Slip at Junction 25 was closed in the evening, this was done to allow firefighters to safely work in road.”
They added a crucial warning: “It’s a reminder that car fires can unfortunately happen to anyone. If you ever notice unusual smells, smoke or warning lights, then pull over safely, turn off the engine and stand away from the car.”
Salute to Our Firefighters
Big thanks go out to the brave crews for their quick and professional response to the blaze.
