Just after 5am on Sunday, 9 July 2023, a white Hyundai slammed into a wall on the A229 Linton Road over Loose viaduct, heading south towards Maidstone. The wall separates the road from the footpath.
Driver in His 70s Dies at the Scene
Emergency crews confirmed the driver, a man in his 70s, was dead at the scene. No other vehicles were involved.
