Police Urge Woman to Come Forward After Mapperley Man’s Sudden Death
Detectives are hunting for a key witness after a man died suddenly in Mapperley last month. Nottinghamshire Police are urging a woman who might be the last person to see him alive to come forward.
“Not in Trouble” – Vital Witness Wanted
Detective Constable Hannah Newbold assured the woman: “You are not in any sort of trouble and you are not a suspect. But you could be a vital witness.”
She added: “We believe she may be the last person to have seen this man alive. She might hold important information for the coronial investigation into his death.”
Police Unable to Identify Witness – Public Help Needed
Despite checking various leads, officers have been unable to identify the woman. DC Newbold appealed: “If this sounds like you, or you recognise her, please come forward.”
