Woman in 80s Dies After Horror Headcorn Crash
Police want witnesses after a fatal smash on the A274 near Headcorn.
Crash Details
The crash happened at 11:09am on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2022, close to the junction with Bell Lane.
A red Seat Alhambra was heading from Biddenden towards Headcorn when it collided with a black Audi SQ5 coming the other way.
Tragic Aftermath
Emergency services rushed to the scene, but sadly a woman passenger in her 80s in the Audi later died in hospital on December 29.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit is investigating and urging anyone who saw the crash—or has dashcam footage—to get in touch.
