Shock robbery in Stapleford – Police hunt two suspects
Nottinghamshire Police are hunting a man and woman caught on camera after a 17-year-old boy was threatened and robbed on his way home from work. The teenager was forced to hand over his phone, earphones, and bike near Bardills Island, close to Brian Clough Way, just before 2.30pm on Sunday, 30 October.
Teen left shaken after brazen daylight robbery
The young victim was left in shock but thankfully escaped without physical injury. The attackers threatened violence to get his possessions, leaving the teenager helpless as he walked home.
Police release images – ask public to help identify suspects
Detective Casey Messenger said: “This was a scary incident for the teenager but thankfully he was not injured. We’re working closely with partners to review CCTV and gather information.”
“Now we need the public’s help to identify these two people. They could hold vital information to help us solve this crime.”
