Knife Crime Clampdown: Stop and Search Powers Activated Across South West London
Inspector Shickle has authorised a Section 60 stop and search order from 6.30pm on Thursday, 23rd until 9.30am Friday. The operation targets key areas including West Hill, Roehampton, West Putney, East Putney, Southfields, Wimbledon Park, and Wimbledon Village.
Knife Attacks Spark Swift Police Action
The move follows two recent incidents involving knives or sharp weapons in the area. Authorities believe the stop and search powers are crucial to stop any further attacks and keep locals safe.
