Van Lifted from Savernake Forest Car Park

Police are hunting thieves who swiped a camper van near Marlborough during the Bank Holiday weekend. The white Peugeot Boxer camper van was nabbed from Long Harry parking area in Savernake Forest between 2.30pm and 6.50pm on Monday, April 6.

Van and Bikes Taken in Bold Theft

The van, registered ML18 KJZ, features black windows, a metal roof rack, and a ladder on the back door. Inside, the thieves also made off with two high-end bikes:

  • A Santa Cruz 5010 with a blue frame, Garmin XC silver pedals, and multicoloured Burgtec grips
  • A Specialised Turbo Kenevo Expert with a black frame, blue Burgtec Rage pedals, and blue Burgtec grips

Police Appeal for Witnesses

Did you spot anything suspicious in the area during the theft? Wiltshire Police urge anyone with information to come forward.
