- Exit A1 northbound at A57 South, Markham Moor. Take the 2nd exit at the roundabout onto the A57.
- At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A638 north.
- Follow the A638 to Retford. At the junction with A620 Amcott Way, turn left onto A620.
- Continue to Hallcroft roundabout and take the 3rd exit onto A638 North Road.
- Carry on through Ranskill and Scrooby to the A614 junction. Exit onto A614 westbound.
- Follow A614 back to Blyth Services, then rejoin the A1 northbound to continue your journey.
