Massive Fire Destroys Tottenham Car Workshop

Ten fire engines and about 70 firefighters battled a fierce blaze at an industrial estate on Willoughby Lane, Tottenham. The fire ripped through a car workshop, leaving it completely destroyed.

Dangerous Gas Cylinders Removed

Inside the workshop were gas cylinders at risk of exploding from the heat. Fire crews quickly removed and cooled them to prevent a disaster.

Swift Fire Brigade Response

• The Brigade was alerted at 7:43pm.
• Firefighters brought the fire under control by 9:15pm.
• Teams from Tottenham, Edmonton, Walthamstow, and nearby stations joined the fight.

Thanks to rapid action, the fire was contained before it could spread further in the industrial estate.
