Three people have been confirmed killed and another nineteen injured in Russia’s missile attacks on the southern Ukrainian city of Zaporizhzhia. The city, with a population of approximately 710,000, lies in Ukraine’s southeast and has been subjected to regular Russian attacks due to its proximity to the front line.

Among the injured were two journalists and a nine-year-old boy. Four victims are in severe condition, according to the regional administration. The attack resulted in significant damage, including three apartment blocks, at least ten private houses, shops, and an unidentified industrial facility.
