Wandsworth Road remains closed between Queenstown Road and Lambourn Road while forensic officers closely examine the area for evidence. A large crime scene has been set up, with a tent visible on Wandsworth Road as investigators continue their work. The road closures are affecting traffic between Clapham Junction and Clapham Old Town, and three London bus routes have been diverted as a result.

Local residents reported hearing shouting in the early hours, and police have urged anyone with information about the incident to come forward. The attack has led to heightened security in the area, with police officers and a police dog patrolling the scene.

Chief Inspector Darren Langton stated, “We are working tirelessly to establish the circumstances that led to this tragic event. We are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen or heard anything suspicious in the area early this morning.

The investigation into the Clapham triple stabbing is ongoing, and the community has been left in shock following the violent incident. Authorities are appealing for any witnesses to contact them, emphasizing that even the smallest piece of information could help in their inquiries.

The stabbing marks yet another violent incident in the area, as concerns about knife crime continue to grow across London. The Metropolitan Police have assured the public that they are doing everything in their power to prevent further incidents and bring those responsible to justice.

The incident has also led to renewed calls for enhanced safety measures, including the deployment of knife arches and increased police presence in high-risk areas.
