A man has been arrested following the discovery of a woman’s body at a property in Woolwich, south-east London.
Incident Details
Police were called to St Domingo House on Leda Road at approximately 12:03 pm on Tuesday, November 19, after concerns were raised about the welfare of an individual.
Officers attended the scene and discovered the body of a female inside the flat. Her identity has not yet been released, and authorities are working to inform her next of kin.
Arrest and Investigation
A 49-year-old man was arrested at the scene as part of the investigation. He has since been released on bail while enquiries continue. No charges have been filed at this time.
