Fire Crews Battle Blaze at Browndown
Six Fire appliances from around the county have been called in this afternoon to tackle a fire on the Browndown Army Range in Gosport. Around forty firefighters were called to tackle the blaze which was around 5 acres just after 5pm on Sunday. Fire crews from Gosport, Fareham, and Eastleigh supported by two water carriers and two Landrovers from Fareham and Eastleigh fire stations helped to fight the fire and stop it from spreading.
