Fiesta Smashes Into Tree After Leaving Road
Just after 3.30am on Sunday, September 25, a silver Ford Fiesta ST careered off Templars Way in Chandler’s Ford. The car first demolished a lamppost before slamming into a tree. Four young men, aged 19 to 21, were inside when the smash happened.
One Man Critical as Others Recover
All four passengers were rushed to hospital with serious injuries. Two have since been discharged, but a 19-year-old man remains in critical condition, raising urgent concerns for his recovery.
Police Hunting Witnesses for Vital Clues
“We are investigating the exact circumstances of this collision and need anyone who saw what happened to come forward,” said PC James Fibbens. “We also want to speak with anyone who saw the vehicle before the crash.”

Man Arrested and Bailed Pending Inquiry
A 21-year-old man from North Baddesley has been arrested in connection with the crash. He was released on bail until October 31 as police continue their investigations.
