Manhunt launched for Winchester flasher

Officers are investigating a report of a man indecently exposing himself to two young girls in Winchester. At around 2.30pm on Saturday, 2 March, the two children, aged 8 and 9, were out walking with their parents in the Bushfield Camp area of Winchester, which is located between the Badger Farm housing estate and Badger Farm Road. The girls were approached by a man who exposed himself to them. They then ran off to tell their parents who were nearby. The man is described as: aged around 50, with balding hair and wearing a long sleeved navy blue coat. PC Warren Macklin, said: “I’d like to speak to anyone who was in the Bushfield Camp area of Winchester on Saturday afternoon who witnessed this incident, or saw a man matching this description.
