Woman in her 20s Found Dead on Turkey Street – Murder Arrest Made
Tragedy struck Brookbank, Turkey Street, EN1, last Sunday evening. At 5:49pm on April 7, police were called by the London Ambulance Service to the scene where a young woman was found injured in the street. She was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
Man Arrested Over Murder Near Scene
A man was quickly arrested nearby on suspicion of murder and is now in custody at a north London police station. Police have informed the victim’s next of kin.
Investigation Underway – Police Appeal for Witnesses
A post-mortem and formal identification will be carried out soon. Meanwhile, a police cordon remains in place and officers are actively investigating the scene.
