Man to Face Court Over Brutal Caravan Park Stabbing
Dumitru Palazu, 48, from Gate Hill, Dunkirk, is set to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Friday 12 April. He’s charged with the murder of 30-year-old Alexandru Constantinescu.
Caravan Park Horror Leaves Man Dead
Alexandru Constantinescu was stabbed in the chest and died at a Gate Hill caravan park on the evening of Sunday 7 April 2019. A post mortem confirmed the cause of death on Wednesday 10 April.
Police Make Arrests, Narrow Down Suspects
- Palazu was arrested on 8 April and charged on 10 April before being remanded in custody.
- Four other men were arrested on 7 April on suspicion of murder.
- Two have been released without charge, and two remain released on bail pending further inquiries.
