Police Hunt James Williams for Breaching Sexual Harm Order
Police are urgently hunting James Williams, 54, who is wanted on recall to prison for breaking a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
From Manchester to South Hams – Nowon the Run
Williams, originally from Manchester, was last living in the South Hams. Officers believe he was last spotted in the Reading and portsmouth/" title="Portsmouth" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Portsmouth areas but warn he could be anywhere by now.
