Police Hunt James Williams for Breaching Sexual Harm Order
Police are urgently hunting James Williams, 54, who is wanted on recall to prison for breaking a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
From Manchester to South Hams – Nowon the Run
Williams, originally from Manchester, was last living in the South Hams. Officers believe he was last spotted in the Reading and Portsmouth areas but warn he could be anywhere by now.
